Description
Shatavari root, also known as Asparagus racemosus, is a herb that is widely used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine. It is believed to have various health benefits, particularly for women’s health. It may help to treat menopausal symptoms, low libido in both men and women, and may assist with infertility and low sperm count.
Shatavari is often used to support reproductive health, hormonal balance, and as a general rejuvenative tonic. It’s also used to support lactation in breastfeeding mothers. The herb is thought to be adaptogenic, which means that it may help to regulate the body’s systems and improve resistance to stress.
