Papaver somniferum, commonly known as the opium poppy, is a species of flowering plant in the family Papaveraceae. It is an annual herbaceous plant with large, showy flowers that can range in colour from white to pink, red, or purple.

This cultivar has gorgeous, very full double flowers. They come in a variety of colours. These seeds are a cross with Papaver somniferum, resulting in both a medicinal and ornamental poppy. Their flowers are as pictured.
