Description
Australian Blue Poppy Seed from Tasmania have a subtle sweet, and mild nutty flavour that is accentuated when baked. These tiny seeds are a slate blue colour and are used both for their flavour and as a decoration.
Blue Poppy seeds are generally used in baked recipes e.g. breads, buns, bagels, pretzels, and pastries.

This seed has been heat treated to ensure food grade standards, this treatment most likely has resulted in the seed being unviable (not for growing).
