We ship your order within 1-3 business days. “Dispatched” emails are sent when your order has been processed, however it may be the following day that your parcel enters the mail stream.

Australia Post tracking numbers – if a tracking option is selected – are provided within these emails. Please check your spam folder before emailing us regarding when/if your parcel has been shipped.

We reserve the right to select the postage method when free postage comes into effect on orders $300+. Orders containing plants will be shipped Express Post, however Standard Post will be used otherwise.

The delivery time frame will depend on the postage method selected and your location. Please enter your tracking number into the AusPost Tracking site for time frames of delivery to your location.

We are not obligated to be responsibility for non-tracked Letter Mail. If you wish to know the location of your order, please select the tracked Letter service. In saying this, we want to ensure our customers are happy, so in most cases we will re-ship an order if tracked postage is paid for by the customer.

4Orders containing Plants.Plants are shipped the Monday or Tuesday following payment. This is to increase the likelihood that the plants will reach you before the weekend. This limits their transit time, and ensures you receive happy, healthy plants. If you make your order after 12 noon Tuesday, your dispatch date will be the following Monday / Tuesday. We are sorry about the wait; however, it is in the best interest of you, the customer, and your plants.

We highly recommend selecting Express Post when ordering live plants, we take no responsibility for the condition of your plant upon delivery if Parcel Post has been selected.

Plants are generally grown in 50mm native tubes and are generally 5cm to 30cm in height depending on the species. This size range ensures we keep your postage costs to a minimum.

Plants are shipped in their pots, unless otherwise stated as ‘bare rooted’ in the item description. We endeavor to only ship healthy plants with a well-established root system, however if you are unhappy for any reason with the quality of your plants, please take clear photos upon receiving them and email them to within 24 hours of delivery. I will be more than happy to assist you.
5Upon DeliveryPlease unpack your plants immediately upon arrival. Do not repot your plants straight away, leave them for at least 2-4 weeks to recover from the stress of transit before adding the stress of repotting. They will be happy & healthy for many months in our pots, so best to wait and let your plants settle.
6For Tubed Potted PlantsCAREFULLY remove the tape holding the packing tube to the pot. This can be best done with a sharp blade. Slowly remove the packing tube, being careful to not break stems or pull off leaves.

Water, and place in a shady, filtered sunlight position. Do not place in direct sunlight.
7For Bare-Rooted PlantsFor plants that have roots but have been shipped without soil, immediately plant them into a well-draining potting mix, being careful not to damage their root system. Water, and place in a shady, filtered sunlight position.
8For Cactus CuttingsPlace in a shady, cool, dry, and well-ventilated location. Your cutting needs to callous before it is ready for planting. This will take 1-4 weeks depending on the season, but cuttings can be shelved for months if required. You can plant at any time of year, but cactus cuttings will develop roots faster in the warmer months. Fill an adequately sized pot with well draining potting mix consisting of quality composted pine bark. Perlite can be added at ratios from 10-50% for improved drainage. Once potted, keep dry, do not water. Most cactus cuttings root in four to six weeks, once rooted you may water as required.
9We do not substitute ordered items.If for any reason we are unable to fulfil an order, or part thereof, the customer will be contacted to arrange either a refund, store credit, or substitution of their selection.
10Heavy ItemsWe reserve the right to change postage methods, as some items are extra heavy, and the calculated cost for Express Post will not cover the actual postage price. This is usually stated in the item description, however, at times, combinations of certain items can cause this to occur.
11Seeds & HerbsWe reserve the right to package multiples of seed and herb products, of same species, into the same packet to reduce waste and save time. If you specifically want multiples individually packed, please let us know by making a comment within your order or emailing us at

Each packet is guaranteed to contain at least the number of seeds specified, however human error can occur and please don’t hesitate to contact us if there are any discrepancies.

To the best of our knowledge our seeds are viable to the standard percentage for its species, they are either SAB nursery grown or purchased from a reputable trusted seed merchant / breeder. However, if you disagree, please do not hesitate to contact us for up-to-date germination rates or for a germination test to be conducted. Please provide upon a complaint made, a full in-depth rundown of the process you undertook to germinate the seeds.

Seed packets are heat sealed for freshness and to ensure correct species are contained. Herbs are packaged in heat sealed plastic zip lock bags to ensure product freshness and quality.

We are happy to refund orders that have not been shipped yet.

Refunds on shipped products will not be given unless they were not as described or fail to meet quality standards. The complaint must be emailed to us within 24 hours of receiving your order, including clear photos of the product, full description of the issue, and your order number. The matter will be assessed, and adequate compensation provided.

Please do your research prior to ordering. We are not responsible for the health of plants that are shipped to locations that are not suitable. You should only order plants from outside of your climate range if you are experienced and have suitable equipment to look after them.

We take no responsibility for the weather at the time of delivery. If you are expecting extreme weather in your area, wait and place an order at a later date, or email us at requesting a hold of shipment.
