How to Brew Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) Tea

Heat water to a boil. Use 1 heaped tsp (2-3 grams) of Valerian Root for each cup of water. Pour the water over the tea, cover and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Strain, add your preferred sweetener and serve.
