Description

Tribulus terrestris powder has traditionally been used in Ayurvedic medicine to improve body strength, as a rejuvenative tonic, to support prostate health, maintain and support urogenital health, and as a kidney tonic.

Tribulus is also commonly used in Ayurvedic medicine as an aphrodisiac. It increases virility, helps to maintain a healthy libido, increases semen, and supports an overall healthy sexual function.

How to Use Tribulus Powder

Take 0.5 to 3 grams per day blended into liquids, such as water, juice, or smoothies.

For Tea; Steep 1 teaspoon of the powder in 250ml of near-boiling water for 5–10 minutes. Strain and sweeten lightly if needed.

Safety Considerations.

Can aggravate gastro oesophageal reflux. Caution in pre-existing cholestasis.

It may interact with medications for high blood pressure or diabetes by altering blood sugar and pressure levels

Tribulus is considered possibly unsafe for pregnant or breastfeeding women
