Description

This blend, which is based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, is named after the Chinese meaning of Energy – Qi. The blend of Reishi and Cordyceps are said to maximise benefits to health, vitality and wellbeing.

Reishi is a revered fungus used in Asian societies for thousands of years. Reishi is one of the oldest symbols of well-being and longevity. The reishi mushroom has a rather bitter, woody taste which is why it is traditionally prepared in a tea, as an extract, or blended into smoothies.

Reishi mushrooms have traditionally been used for its immune enhancing abilities, anti-bacterial and anti-viral attributes. Also to increase longevity, anti-cancer, liver regeneration, neuroprotective properties, improvement to mood and to relieve depression.

It is said to be sedative tonic which may reduce stress and fatigue, improve sleep and help with pain. Additionally, Reishi mushroom has been taken for cardiovascular conditions, including high cholesterol and high blood pressure, kidney and liver problems, rheumatism, as well as respiratory troubles.

Cordyceps may include improved respiratory function, oxygenation of the body via blood, increased vitality and energy, enhanced libido, and immune boosting properties.

Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to support general health, wellbeing, and the immune system. Cordyceps have been used to relieve mild upper respiratory tract congestion, reduce excess mucous, clear phlegm, and relieve coughs.

This highly potent and energising mushroom has been used throughout in Chinese and Tibetan medicine for the past 2000 years. It has been used to strengthen kidney health, support reproductive system health, and relieve muscular pain.

200mg Vitamin C (Sodium ascorbate)
75mg Silica (Vit C and Silica is added to stabilise the extracts and prevent solidifying)
