Description

A perennial herb with trailing and twining stems. Found in the north-east part of South Australia, growing on inland sand dunes and associated habitats, often growing in Acacia shrublands. Also found in Queensland and New South Wales.

Leaves are very variable in shape, upper leaves ovate to oblong, to 35 mm long and 20 mm, acute to rounded, mucronulate, base hastate or sagittate, margin serrate to shallowly lobed, basal lobes often more prominent, terminal lobe entire to shallowly-lobed, dense hairs on both sides

Desert Burley

Germination.
To increase the germination rate, the seed should be treated first. It can be soaked in hot water or the seed can be nicked or scarred so that water will penetrate the seed’s hard coating and induce germination. Use a sandy free draining soil mix and place in a warm area.

Every seed packet is hand counted and is guaranteed to contain at least the number of seeds specified, however human error can occur and please don’t hesitate to contact us if there are any discrepancies.
To the best of our knowledge these seeds are viable to the standard percentage for it’s species, either SAB nursery grown or purchased from a reputable trusted breeder.
